We understand you want to keep your account teams head count low but service as much business as possible and our aim is to help you do that. We make our mutual clients better clients for you to work with, helping them brief you better, organising them and translating your language for them to aid your productivity and profit.

What we are not
We are not marketing consultants, needing to inflict our own ideas or processes to justify our fee. Our value is in aiding your process and making sure the client plays their part.
We are not project managers, you’ll have that resource in-house and want to earn the fees for managing the work. We work with the client where they need help on their side.
We understand your challenges

Here’s the best news. We don’t charge the agency. It’s central to our model that we are hired by the client because they believe in the value we can bring to them. Otherwise we’d just be a freelance account management service. In order to be effective we need to be independent and impartial.
We want a mutually beneficial relationship with you. We’d like nothing more than to be able to bring new clients to you because we know your offering is a great fit for them.
We’d also like for you to be able to recommend us to a client where you’d like to work with them, but sense that there will be challenges if they don’t have the right kind of support on their side.
We understand you may have a concern that, although useful, working with AI is still another cost against the client’s marketing budget, money that could be coming to you. And yes, we recognise sometimes that’s true. So to mitigate that we offer our partner agencies a 10% commission on our fees where you instigate the opportunity for us to speak to your client.
